When Quantum Break arrived on the PC, it was plagued with various issues, including some bugs and some pretty serious performance problems. The game eventually received some substantial patches that made it playable at 60 FPS on the PC, but users with lower end hardware are still struggling to achieve that framerate even at lower settings.
