Although some opinions may vary, I think a lot of Resident Evil fans would agree that Code Veronica was one of the best outings the franchise ever saw. Yes, admittedly, the controls were not great (in fact, I found them bloody awful), and when compared to everything that had come before, it had some difficult moments including, but not limited to, extremely more punishing resource management.
