Part of his two-days official visit to Romania Horst visited Sibiu on Tuesday, , to meet the local German minority. The Germans represents around 2% in Sibiu, they are descendants of the German settlers who emigrated from area of today's Luxembourg and Rhine Valley in the 12th century.
