Siren Head is a brown humanoid-like creature made by horror artist Trevor Henderson. It is very long and lanky and has two teethy megaphones for heads. It uses it's megaphones to mimic sounds of it's previous victims. It's body is almost identical to a human skeleton, minus the head and size. Whenever you press space siren head enters a crawling form for 2-3 seconds, giving him faster speed and the ability to dodge attacks.
