Junior is Oscar's adopted son. He only appeared in the episode "Junior". He has green scales covering all of his body and has tan eyes. He is normally much smaller than Oscar, but every time he eats something he gets bigger than Oscar. Junior appears to have green scales, similar to a lizard. However, as he eats, he gets bigger.
