Hiruko Kagetane (蛭子影胤) is a Promoter in Black Bullet. He is voiced by Rikiya Koyama in the Japanese version of the anime and Jay Hickman in the English Dub. Kagetane has yellow eyes, and hides most of his facial features behind his mask. He wears a silk hat, red suit, red dress pants, and black dress shoes.
