Dark Blue has a blue skin tone with large black eyes and a white button for his left eye. He wears a yellow crown on his head. N/A He is a reference to Blue from the Roblox game Rainbow Friends. He, Josh Pork and Jim are the first 3 exclusive characters. Though by release date, Jim is technically the first exclusive.
