The Cross Guild is a powerful organization headlined by three former members of the Seven Warlords of the Sea: Buggy, Crocodile, and Dracule Mihawk, with the goal of fulfilling and completing Sir Crocodile's previous failed "Operation Utopia", serving mainly as a military organization. Originally founded by Crocodile and Mihawk, Buggy accidentally usurped presidency of the organization due to misunderstandings on behalf of his crew, and now serves as the figurehead leader, which led the World Go
