The Caterpillar Oni is a unique type of Oni that is exclusively seen in Version 6 in the Oni Room. The Caterpillar Oni appears to be a sluggish oni with twelve eyes and many tiny legs. It is only seen pacing left to right, and runs off with the other Oni when the Oni Room jail cell is opened up after Hiroshi is chased out.
