The Bell was a hand item in Club Penguin. All players could obtain it for free at the Beach or Plaza during Coins for Change in 2007 and 2008, both of which ended a few days into the Christmas Party 2007 and Christmas Party 2008 respectively. It also cost 50 tickets in The Fair 2015 Prizes Catalog, and all players could buy it. A Bell was used in the animation for the PUFFLE ROUND-UP Card-Jitsu Power Card.
