B-23 appears to be a red, crystalized, hand-drawn face. It's X-Variant looks the same, but yellow, and with an extra eye. It's Z-Variant appears to be purple, and with some effects added on to it. B-23 appears on your screen for 5 seconds, and will go away if you keep moving. If you stop moving however, then B-23 becomes a basic runner. XB-23 is the same, but for 3 seconds, and ZB-23 becomes a rebounder. A user named Lunoface recreated B-23 to look completely different.
