Abe no Haruakira (安倍晴明 (あべのはるあきら), Abe no Haruakira) is the head of The Oct, a league of magicians opposed to the Black King. Despite supposedly being over 80 years old, Abe no Haruakira appears to be in his late teens while wearing the attire of the Octobrists. Abe no Haruakira is seen as calm and reasonable, but also ruthless, as he is willing to kill every End in the world.
